Albayan Schools

A child's first years at school decide whether learning feels like something they can do. We work to make those years happy, safe, and full of the curiosity that carries forward.

Grades 1/EB1 through 6/EB6 are divided into two stages, allowing us to meet specific goals with students based on their age as well as their abilities. Continuous evaluation replaces mid-year exams, so every assignment counts.

Grades 7/EB7 through 9/EB9, when students begin to work with real independence. Preparation for the Brevet starts in the second semester of Grade 8/EB8, so they enter their final year already prepared rather than rushing to catch up.

Students follow one of four tracks, subject to availability: humanities, economics, life sciences, or general sciences, guided by the head of the Secondary Division in discussion with the student and their family.
