You can apply online using the form for your branch, or come to the school and apply in person. The process is the same either way.

The application process

1. Complete the application form, online or at the school.
2. Meet us. For preschool, meet the Preschool Head of Division. For Grade 1/EB1 and above, meet the General Supervisor.
3. Visit the accounting department to discuss fees, payment and scholarships.
4. Book the assessment. Preschool children take part in an interview. Grade 1/EB1 and above sit an entrance exam.
5. Submit your documents from the list below.

Once your child is accepted, you will receive an acceptance form and login details for our school portal. A down payment on admission fees reserves your child's place.

The assessment

Preschool

Preschool covers ages 3 to 5.

• KG1/PS1: must turn 3 by January 31
• KG2/PS2: must turn 4 by January 31
• KG3/PS3: must turn 5 by January 31

Your child is assessed during ordinary classroom activities, so they feel comfortable and behave naturally. Our teachers look at gross and fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, recognition of letters, shapes, numbers and colors, speech and articulation, and how your child interacts with adults and other children.

We encourage you to visit the preschool before applying. It is the clearest way to judge whether it suits your child.

Elementary, Middle and Secondary Cycles

Students sit an entrance exam by appointment, based on what they should have covered during the previous year. Subject teachers give feedback on how your child performed.

• A Lebanese student who studied abroad, under law 29/73
• A non-Lebanese student, or a Lebanese student holding another country's passport, who has studied abroad or in Lebanon

Assessment follows the same process as the Lebanese curriculum, according to grade level.

Lebanese students following the Lebanese curriculum

Preschool

• School attestation certified by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
• Individual civil registration extract, or a copy of the ID card
• Two passport photos
• Copy of the health record, with a medical report from the family doctor if your child has a health condition

Elementary and Middle, Grades 1/EB1 to 9/EB9

• School attestation certified by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
• Individual civil registration extract, or a copy of the ID card
• Copy of the health record, with a medical report from the family doctor if your child has a health condition

Secondary, Grades 10/ES1 to 12/ES3

• School attestation certified by the Ministry of Education
• Individual civil registration extract, or a copy of the ID card
• Certified copy of the Brevet certificate
• Copy of the marks card from the previous school, for Grade 11/ES2 only
• Copy of the health record, with a medical report from the family doctor if your child has a health condition

Non-Lebanese students following the Lebanese curriculum

Preschool

• School attestation certified by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
• Original individual civil registration extract, or a copy of the passport with a birth certificate
• Copy of a residency permit valid for the new academic year
• Two passport photos
• Copy of the health record, with a medical report from the family doctor if your child has a health condition

• An attestation from the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education confirming that the student is exempt from equivalency of their grades and is placed by age, under Circular No. 8/2001
• School attestation certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the school abroad
• Certified marks cards for three consecutive years confirming successful completion of study abroad
• Copy of the health record, with a medical report from the family doctor if your child has a health condition

Grades 7/EB7 to 12/ES3

• Copy of the passport showing the period of residence abroad
• A permission attestation to continue studying under the foreign curriculum, issued by the Equivalency Committee at the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education
• Certified marks cards for three consecutive years confirming successful completion of study abroad
• Copy of the health record, with a medical report from the family doctor if your child has a health condition

Students transferring from another school in Lebanon within the Foreign Curriculum

• A school attestation certifying registration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the class completed, successful completion of the previous academic year, and exemption from the Lebanese curriculum
• Copy of the passport, or an individual civil registration extract for Lebanese students
• Copy of the health record, with a medical report from the family doctor if your child has a health condition
