Both branches follow the same daily schedule. Amrousieh opens at 6:50 am and Hadat at 6:30 am to receive students.

Arrival

Children should arrive before the 7:30 am bell. The student gate closes at 7:35 am.

A child arriving after the gate closes will not go to class and will miss the first period. Where lateness is repeated, the school will follow up with the family.

Children registered for school transport should be ready at the time given by their driver. Drivers cannot wait, since a five-minute delay for one child can put the bus half an hour behind.

Collection

Please arrive at the dismissal time rather than early, and avoid gathering in front of the school entrance.

The playground is in use for PE until the 2:15 bell and is not open to parents before then. If you have a younger child finishing at 1:25 and an older child finishing at 2:15, please come at 2:15 rather than waiting on site.

Children registered for school transport remain the school's responsibility until they are dropped off.
